Whistling StraitsThis list of 2015 PGA Championship Sleeper Picks focusses on golfers that have longer odds (80-1 and higher) to win the PGA Championship but should be a lower salary cap cost at any fantasy golf contest you enter..

To win a big fantasy golf contest, you will need 1-3 Sleeper Picks to balance out your team of golfers that are the favorites to win but are higher priced salary cap costs. If you are going to pick a Jordan Spieth, or a Jason Day as the anchor for your fantasy golf lineup, you will need some of these low cost options as well.

We liked Zach Johnson as a Sleeper Pick for the British Open and he was on a bunch of fantasy golf lineups that won us money for the Biggest Fantasy Golf Contest in the industry so we feel pretty good about our Sleepers below.

2015 PGA Championship Longshots and Sleeper Picks

Jason DufnerJason Dufner (80-1) – We had Dufner on or list of Sleeper Picks for the British Open and he finished in 58th. A bit disappointing but given he was a Sleeper Pick, we were happy he just made the cut. We are looking forward to a bit better results this time when we enter our fantasy golf contests as Dufner finished in 5th place when he played in the 2010 PGA Championship also held at Whistling Straits.

Jamie DonaldsonJamie Donaldson (150-1 odds to win) – Donaldson has had a pretty uninspiring 2015 on both the PGA Tour and European Tour. He will be a low cost option in this fantasy golf contest and should play well enough to make the cut and score points all 4 rounds. He is ranked in the Top 40 in the world so he is a good sleeper pick to look at.

Francesco MolinariFrancesco Molinari (100-1 odds to win) – Molinari was a popular pick for the British Open and did well with a 40th place finish. With all the Top Fantasy Golf Picks for the PGA Championship taking up the high salaries, Molinari’s salary cap cost should be low enough to make him a good value sleeper pick.

Kevin NaKevin Na (125-1) – Na is a favorite Sleeper pick of ours as he is a low salary cap cost at most Top Fantasy Golf Sites and has made the cut in all 3 majors so far in 2015. Na’s rank in the official world golf ranking is in the top 40 and yet he is always a low price making him a popular Sleeper Pick for the 2015 PGA Championship.

Marc LeishmanMarc Leishman (80-1 odds to win) – Leishman is listed at 80-1 to win the 2015 PGA Championship but having had a great showing at the British Open, his salary cap cost for this fantasy contest may be a bit inflated. He may be more of an average price for fantasy golf players but for bettors, 80-1 may be an enticing longshot pick to consider.

Steve StrickerSteve Stricker (100-1 odds to win) – Going for a deep longshot for the 2015 PGA Championship? Stricker has fallen a bit off the map of the PGA Tour after early season back surgery but has played OK in the few tournaments he’s been in. I won’t be stacking my fantasy golf contest with Stricker but given he finished in 7th last year and this year the PGA Championship is at Whistling Straits in Wisconsin – his birth place…He could be a nice low cost sleeper pick on 1 or 2 lineups.
