The players below are mostly the top priced players and playing two of them along with a couple of Top Fantasy Golf Picks and Sleeper Picks will get you finishing in the money.

Our Picks to win the 2015 PGA Championship

Jason Day Jason Day – So the health issue is not a concern anymore as he showed in the British Open finishing in 4th. He then followed up the week winning the RBC Canadian Open. Day has been playing amazing golf in 2015 and if it wasn’t for our pick below of who will win the 2015 PGA Championship, Day would probably have been our choice.

Dustin Johnson Dustin Johnson – Poor DJ! He was humming along at The Open and when the Saturday got delayed and started and stopped, it somehow lost DJ along the way. A pair of 75’s destroyed his bid to win that major but this will be his final shot at redemption. Just as an aside – Whistling Straits is where Dustin Johnson was close to winning the PGA Championship in 2010 when he was assessed a 2 stroke penalty for grounding his club in a bunker. There are a lot of demons for DJ to overcome and this course is one of them.

Louis Oosthuizen Louis Oosthuizen – Oosthuizen is hot and as always, as long as some injury doesn’t shut him down, Louis has a great shot at winning the PGA Championship. Oosthuizen was a putt away from extending the British Open playoff and looked like a shoo-in to win most of that weekend. Watch how he plays at the WGC Bridgestone Invitational to see if his game is still kicking along but he will come out solid regardless at Whistling Straits.

Justin RoseJustin Rose – Rose may have had the quietest 6th place finish at the Open Championship. I watched a lot of golf that weekend and barely saw him on the screen. Rose has played great in 2015 and has been solid at the majors with two Top 10’s and a 27th at the US Open. If anyone has a good enough game to win the PGA Championship, Rose is definitely on that list.

Henrik StensonHenrik Stenson – Not really sure what happened to Stenson at the British Open, he started off well and then the putter seemed to disappear on him and never returned. Maybe the weather got to him but he was a heavy favorite heading into The Open and will once again be a solid pick at Whistling Straits.

And...the winner of the 2015 PGA Championship is…

Jordan SpiethJordan Spieth – How do you not pick him to win? Reluctantly I didn’t choose him for the British Open because I felt the pressure would have been too much…and yet he was a putt away from joining that playoff. Now the pressure is off and Spieth has the most all around consistent golf game going on the PGA Tour. I don’t know how Spieth’s career will be, but I do know that 2015 is the year of Jordan Spieth and it is dangerous to bet against him in any tournament he plays in. Jordan Spieth is our Pick to Win the 2015 PGA Championship.
