It's the best time of the year for fantasy golf players when the Masters Tournament quickly approaches - The Prestige, The Majestic Greens and The Million Dollars on line at DraftKings.
Every year I believe my fantasy golf team will take home $1,000,000 in the Fantasy Golf Millionaire contest but so far to no avail. Once again I'm taking my shot this year and you can too, it's life changing money and you just need to pick the right 6 golfers, but here's the key - You need to find a Masters sleeper pick or two.

READY TO TAKE YOUR SHOT AT $1,000,000
Draft 6 golfers at DraftKings and play for your share of $3.5M in prize money.
We are official partners with Draftkings.com
The winner of the big contest usually has 1 to 3 sleeper picks at low ownership who finish in the Top 10 so you are going to need to find a couple of gems for your fantasy golf team.
Below are some low cost sleeper picks for DraftKings but they can also be used at some other DFS sites like FanDuel. Because DK has released the prices early for the fantasy golf millionaire we can more accurately look at golfers and decide which ones are the sleepers based on their salary cap value. Use this list to fill in your roster after you’ve decided who to build your lineups around. You can read our 2018 Masters Picks article for further research on the top plays.
5 Best Masters Sleepers

Jimmy Walker
Walker was my favorite fantasy golf pick for a couple of years before he started having health issues including a bout with Lyme disease. He seems to be back on track now and is flying under the radar at DraftKings with a low salary cap price of $6,800. He’s made all four cuts at Augusta and has never finished higher than 38th. He is a majors winner so he is as solid of a sleeper pick as you can find

Charley Hoffman
Hoffman has become one of those older veteran golfers that seems to hang around leaderboards in big tournaments. He has come close twice at Augusta until faltering on the final day but he makes the cuts and always seems to play the course well. Again, at $7,100 there are a lot more risker plays to make…Hoffman is a pretty solid sleeper to at least make you the cut and a Top 25 finish.

Kevin Chappell
Another guy flying in under the radar is Kevin Chappell. He’s had a good year on the PGA Tour in 2018 with only 1 missed cut and no finishes worse than a T31. He’s only played Augusta twice with a solid 7th in 2017. He is playing well going into the Masters and he’s making cuts. At $6,900 I will have Chappell and Walker with a bunch of top tier guys for my fantasy lineups.

Kiradech Aphibarnrat
The “Asian John Daly”, also known as the ‘Barn Rat’ finished in 15th in his only past appearance at Augusta. Ranked in the top 35 in the world, Aphibarnrat plays well against top golfers and is a low enough price that he should get you value if he makes the cut.

Francesco Molinari
A bit of a longshot pick for the Masters because Molinari has never really had great showings at Augusta but he is ranked in the Top 25 in the world and he does generally play well on the European Tour and during WGC tournaments. He is a bit of a speculative fantasy golf pick so I wouldn’t stick him in all my lineups but he comes into the Masters playing some of his best golf of the year.
