If you have set your mind that you are winning the DraftKings Fantasy Golf Millionaire for the 2018 US Open then the most important page you should be looking at is the Fantasy Golf Sleeper Picks page for the US Open at Shinnecock Hills.
Anyone can pick the star names like we did in our US Open Fantasy Golf Picks page and have a good shot at being right but if you are going to take a shot at winning the $1 Million check from DK then you better have 2-3 low cost salary cap sleeper picks in your lineups that will not only make the cut, but play well enough that they score points all 4 rounds and not sabotage your team on the final round on Sunday.
The golfers listed below are going to be fantasy picks that will be anywhere from $6500 - $7500 at DraftKings and will help you finish off your lineup with 2-3 guys from our Fantasy Golf Picks Page for the US Open and probably one of the guys from our Who Will Win the 2018 US Open page.
For fun we even have a monster longshot pick for you to look at for the tourney at Shinnecock Hills.
All picks our for Draftkings.com, we are an official affiliate partner with them.

Sleeper Picks for the 2018 US Open

Jimmy Walker
We had Walker as a Sleeper Pick for the Masters and he rewarded us with a 20th place finish. This time he may be a bit more expensive for your lineups because he has played well leading up to the US Open but he should still be a low enough cost that he’ll fit nicely in most of your lineups.

Xander Schauffele
In his first US Open last year Schauffele finished in 5th and so far in 2018 he’s played really well. His overall numbers on the PGA Tour are solid and that should translate into him playing well at Shinnecock.

Luke List
List can drive the ball far which is what makes him a sleeper pick for this week. Whether he keeps it straight is what will determine how good of a sleeper pick he will be. He has played in 3 Opens in the past (last one in 2007) and has never made the cut but with a long course, he could surprise because of his distance off the tee. More of a US Open longshot than a sleeper and not a pick I would stick in all my lineups but in a few…sure!

Haotong Li
Most players in DraftKings Fantasy Golf Millionaire Contest won’t have a clue who Haotong Li is but that shouldn’t mean that you don’t consider him for your lineups. Ranked in the Top 50 in the world at the age of 22, he made noise last year finishing in 3rd at the British Open Championship. He played in last year’s US Open and came in 68th but the arrow is only pointing up for the kid and he may be worth a pick or two for your lineups as well.

Zach Johnson
Johnson is just the kind of guy that nobody really ever thinks about when making fantasy picks and then see him in the lineups on all the leaders’ teams. Johnson just plays a smart golf game and does well at US Opens. He won’t be a super cheap sleeper pick but he’ll be low enough that you can use him and be happy with the results.

Patrick Cantlay
Hasn’t played in a US Open since 2012 but in his two career appearances he has made the cut both times. His driving distance and accuracy are good and should keep him out of trouble at Shinnecock which will give him a chance to succeed. Cantlay is a good solid option for your fantasy lineups.
US Open Longshot Pick

Jim Furyk
Father time has caught up to Jim Furyk and if you were going to place a bet on a longshot to win the 2018 US Open at Bovada by no means would I tell you to pick Furyk. However, as a longshot fantasy pick he could be worth popping into a lineup or two if you need a low cost salary cap pick. Furyk has played well historically at US Opens because he has a good all-around game that can survive a tough course like Shinnecock Hills. I won’t have him in all my lineups but in a couple of them I will have him as my final pick.
